To help us understand Asset Management as a career option, we have invited RPA Chairman, Mr Andrew Kwek to facilitate the talk. Andrew Kwek joined Pheim Asset Management (Asia) Pte Ltd on the 27th May 2013. He brings with him over 32 years of working experience in the finance industry. 14 of which was in investment banking and 18 in fund management and private banking. His last role was CEO with Deutsche Asset Management (Asia) Limited where he also double hatted as Head of Sales covering clients from regional institutional, insurance, private banking and retail counterparties. Past employers include, The Investment Managers Association of Singapore (IMAS), Morley Fund Management, BNP Paribas, Paribas Capital Markets, CS First Boston, San Paolo Bank, Continental Bank and OCBC (both Singapore and UK). He holds a BSc from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from the City University Business School, London, UK. Andrew is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
