******COLLEGE ADMISSIONS COUNSELLING****** Ahead of the Town Hall session for Year 5 and 6 students and in response to many parents' questions on College Admissions Counselling, please be informed that the school has already assigned a counsellor to Year 6 students. The following may be found on the School's website under the "Student Life" tab, and College Admissions Counselling sub-tab. http://bit.ly/1pOwYCm Please note that it is the responsibility of the students (not parents) to make an appointment to seek consultation with their appointed counsellor. We encourage parents t have open discussions on your children's aspirations first, rather than going to the counsellors first. "COLLEGE ADMISSIONS COUNSELLING The College Admissions Counsellors provide students with the support, information and guidance needed to help them make choices about their further education options. Throughout the year, we work with almost a hundred colleges and universities to schedule talks and information sessions to give our students a better idea of the options available to them. We are also in charge of the Job Shadowing Programme which provides opportunities for Year 5 students to experience working life in an industry of their choice. You can find us on: Level 1M, Block H of Raffles Institution Year 5-6 Campus. We are open on weekdays from 9am to 6pm. You can reach us at 6419 9741 or email collegeadmissions[at]ri.edu.sg Note: If you need to certify documents as True Copies, please do so at the Student Affairs Centre, Level 1. You need not do this in person; a friend or family member can do this for you. Remember to bring the original certificates and photocopies of the required documents. > Applying to Singaporean Universities > Application deadlines for UK and US Universities > Applying to UK Universities > Applying to US Universities > Applying to other non-local Universities > For Students who have graduated from RI > FAQ"
